There are a number of quota categories that apply to residence in New Zealand. Specifically these are:
• Samoan Quota
• Pacific Access Category (PAC)

What are the requirement for the Samoan Quota
The most basic criteria for this category requires that the applicant:
a. is a citizen of Samoa aged between 18 and 45 years
b. Has an offer of employment of at least $25,000 per year
c. Must meet English language, health and character requirements
Quota applications may be lodged in July of each year.
